Welcome to Lumos! My clinic location inside of Envision Physical Therapy has just opened and is now accepting new patients. Please check our Insurance page for all accepted networks for Chiropractic and Pelvic Floor visits.
For lactation, there’s a separate section that has a different set of insurances since I work with The Lactation Network in order to provide care to a larger audience.
